Born on February 9, 1987, Michael B. Jordan grew up in Newark, New Jersey, where he began his career as a model and actor. His first significant opportunity was an appearance at The Sopranos in 1999. He later won major roles in television series such as The Wire and Friday Night Lights.




 Jordan was acclaimed for his role in the favorite festival of the movie Fruitvale Station (2013) and for his role as a boxer protected in the latest installment of the Rocky franchise, Creed (2015). He returned to the big screen at the beginning of 2018 in the superhero film Marvel Black Panther.




American film actor Michael Bakari Jordan was born on February 9, 1987 in Santa Ana, California. The son of a catering service provider and high school consultant, Jordan moved when he was 2 years old with his parents in Newark, New Jersey, where he spent the rest of his childhood.




Newark could be a difficult place to grow up; In a subsequent interview, Jordan admitted having friends selling drugs and stealing cars. The future actor remained out of the discussion and, with the help of his parents, began to model advertisements in newspapers at the age of 10.

Jordan took over his first major role in the mainstream when he starred as Oscar Grant in Fruitvale Station (2013). The film tells the controversial death of Oscar from police officers on a railway platform in San Francisco.




The cast includes Octavia Spencer and Melonie Diaz, and was produced by Forest Whitaker (Significant Movies). It was premiered at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, where it received the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award for the US Dramatic Film. UU. In 2015, he starred in the superhero movie "Fantastic Four", adapted from a book of the same name by Marvel Comics. The film bombed at the box office. But, he came back with a bang with the movie 'Creed', in which he plays the character of Adonis Creed. The film "Creed" was a great success.




The unprecedented success of Creed has rooted Michael's reputation as an established actor in the city of frills. Despite this, he did not choose to rest on his laurels but decided to promote his career with the long-term goal of moving from actor to director and producer.




Michael B. Jordan is scheduled for another movie of superheroes 'Black Panther'. This film is also based on the book by Marvel Comics and will be directed by Ryan Coogler. The film is scheduled for the end of 2018.



He is also shooting for an imaginary dystopian telefilm, 'Fahrenheit 451' based on a novel by Ray Bradbury with the same name in which he plays the lead character, 'Guy Montag'. The film was promoted by HBO Films and will premiere on the HBO channel in 2018

He was selected to star in a biopic titled "Just Mercy" where he will play the role of Bryan Stevenson. Filming for the biopic will begin in the first phase of 2018.



Michael Jordan has settled in Los Angeles. He is still single and is very religious by nature. It also has a philanthropic mindset and supports a range of charitable organizations, such as "Lupus LA" and "Help USA".
